A Law graduate from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, she later earned a Master’s degree in Health Services Management and pursued further specialisations in taxation, intellectual property, environmental law, and pedagogy.
Her professional path includes serving as Legal Director at UEFA EURO 2004, Advisor to the Portuguese Minister of Economy and to the Secretaries of State for Finance and Tax Affairs, as well as senior roles in multinational companies, healthcare institutions, and non-profit organisations.
She has also led compliance, corporate relations, and strategic projects in highly regulated industries.
Recognised with multiple official distinctions for her contribution to public service and academia, Alexandra is also an experienced trainer, having designed and delivered programmes for both public and private institutions.
