About Me
Following a successful career spanning more than 20 years in the investment banking industry, many of which were spent in a leadership and management role, Nicola now utilises her skills as a trainer, facilitator and coach. She holds an accredited diploma in Transformational Coaching. She has managed both local and remote teams and understands the challenges and commitment required to develop high performing teams. Managing teams in the UK, USA and India along with training individuals from Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has given her the opportunity to learn and appreciate different cultures and embrace these. Experience gained in a hands-on management capacity enables her to facilitate a range of workshops, including leadership, team building, interpersonal skills, communication, problem solving and performance management. Her training sessions are always interactive and practical, enabling the participants to become fully involved and maximise their learning.
